Release Notes — Reseller & White-Label Sub-Client Platform API

We are excited to launch the Reseller & White-Label Sub-Client Platform API for Vehk Axle!

This release empowers reseller partners who build custom fleet applications on top of Vehk technology to manage downstream sub-clients (e.g. Client Alpha, Client Beta) and provision devices/vehicles completely via API.

Highlights

• Sub-Client CRUD (/api/external/sub-clients): Create, list, inspect, update, and deactivate downstream client accounts programmatically.
• External Device Provisioning (POST /api/external/devices): Register devices, auto-generate MQTT credentials, Luhn-validate IMEIs, and assign hardware to sub-clients directly from your partner portal.
• External Vehicle Registration (POST /api/external/vehicles): Upsert vehicles and link them to devices and sub-clients.
• Sub-Client Scoped Data Queries: Filter devices, live locations, vehicles, and predictions using ?sub_client_id=....
• New Permission Scopes: Introduced sub_clients:read, sub_clients:manage, devices:write, and vehicles:write.
• Usage Metering: Sub-client tagging integrated into ML prediction metering for granular reseller billing breakdowns.
